Empowering Manufacturers with Modern Digital Solutions
We help Manufacturers digitise operations, enhance transparency, and drive efficiency; so you can stay competitive in a rapidly evolving market.

Our Core Values
Building software that matters
We believe in building software that delivers exceptional experiences, adapts to your operations and keeps your data safe.
- Industry Expertise
- We understand manufacturing because we've lived it. We make sure we truly understand your process before we recommend any solutions, your factory is unique, your software should be too.
- Innovation at the heart
- Manufacturing never stands still, and neither do we. We're constantly improving our solutions based on user feedback and industry changes, ensuring our software grows alongside your business.
- User Empowerment
- We build tools that give you control and independence. Our goal is to empower your team with software that enhances productivity without creating dependencies on us.
- Privacy First
- Your data belongs to you, period. We don't track or sell your data. No cookies, no spam, just secure, private software that respects your right to privacy.
- Beautiful UI
- We believe manufacturing software shouldn't look like it's from the 90s. Our interfaces are thoughtfully designed, fast and intuitive to use. Because great software should look as good as it works.
- Total Transparency
- No hidden fees or scope creep. Our pricing is straightforward, and we adapt to your evolving needs. We're done when the job is truly done, not when an arbitrary scope is met.
Meet Our Founder
The story behind FactoryPulse and our mission to transform manufacturing operations.

Founder
Tom d'Arcy
I started my career in manufacturing, straight from school as a Rolls-Royce apprentice. During my 8 years there, I worked with exceptional teams leading operations across various manufacturing contexts and developing digital solutions. This sparked my passion for software development and its power to transform manufacturing operations.
Frustrated by the complexity and cost of available software solutions, I left Rolls-Royce to learn software development. Following this, I worked in the Semiconductor industry building increasingly complex apps, consistently finding market solutions overpriced and lacking the simplicity to be successfully implemented.
After a period at Boston Consulting Group, specialising in Manufacturing Operations, I founded Factory Pulse. Our mission: deliver intuitive, practical solutions that actually work for manufacturers.
